Terms and conditions for use of the HuskyGård On-Line Shop
Thank you for using our webshop!
Every order will be automatically confirmed by email. Please contact us if you do not receive an email confirmation of your order. (info@huskygard.se / tel: +46 253 20965)
We will ship your order as soon as possible, normally withing 24 hours. If you choose the "Money transfer" payment method, your order will be shipped as soon as we receive your payment. If one or more items end up in backorder (reported in step 2 of "Check out") we will ship your order as soon as the items are back in stock again. This may take several days. Your conformation email contains information about backordered items. In this case you can contact us if you want partial delivery of your order, or if you want to cancel the order. We do not pass on your personal information to third parties. The information is only used by us and those needed to complete the order
- All prices are in SEK (Swedish crowns) and include VAT.
- Prices can change without prior notice and certain items may become unavailable to us.
- Colors may deviate from those depicted in the shop.
- You must legally be an adult to place orders in our shop.
- Your IP address will be logged for every order to prevent fraude.
- Fake orders and fraude will be reported to the police.
- Products that are custom made for you can not be returned.
Delivery, shipping & collection
We use the postal service for our shipments. We will contact you in case we use some other service provider.
Shipping costs in Sweden:
SEK 75:- for small/light parcels and SEK 250:- for heavier/larger parcels.
You will be presented with the shipping costs in step 2 of the "Check out" procedure.
The costs for cash on delivery are currently SEK 60;-
International:
We only ship to member states of the European Union:
SEK 250:- for small/light parcels, SEK 750:- for larger/heavier parcels.
Cash on delivery is not supported for international orders.
You can also collect your order at HuskyGård. In that case shipment costs can be ignored. Please contact us if you want to collect your order.
Payment methods:
Money transfer (Bank or PayPal):
After placing your order you will get a confirmation with your order number and payment information. Do not forget to communicate your order number with your payment so we can see what order the payment is for.
If your payment is not recieved within 10 days your order will be automatically canceled.
Your order will be sent to the specified address as soon as the total of the order amount has been received.

Cash on delivery:
For local deliveries (Sweden) you can also choose payment method "Cash on delivery" (postförskott). Currently cash on delivery costs SEK 60:- and will be added to the invoice. If you do not collect the shipment at your post office we will invoice you the extra shipping costs and administration costs.
Exchanges/returns/The right of withdrawal
Always check the goods after you have received / checked out your order. You should immediately notify the post office in the case of any shipping damage. You should always contact us by email or telephone before returning the goods.
Exchanges/right of withdrawal
If you regret your purchase or want to exchange an item, you must notify us within 14 days after you received the goods. Then you must return the goods to our address. A full refund of the item or replacement will be given provided that the product will reach us in their original packaging, as new, without damages and unused. You may of course carefully try and inspect the product. If the goods are damaged or lost because you're careless you lose the right of withdrawal. Also attach a copy of your invoice and if possible we would like to know why you are returning the item.
If you regret your purchase or want to exchange a product you must pay the return shipping and will be responsible for the goods until it reaches us. We do not accept packages sent by COD.
If you want to exchange a product, shipping charges are added (see above).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made/customized/ordered specifically to your requirements.
Complaints
Please check your order as soon as possible after you receive it. If the product is found to be wrong, faulty or incomplete, please contact us immediately with information about the invoice number and the problem. In case of exchanges due to complaints, we pay for the shipping costs.
